Phillip passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2009.
Phillip was a resident of Staten Island, New York at the time of his passing.
He graduated from Port Richmond High School.
He entered the U.S. Marine Corp., served our country from 2001 to 2005 in Hawaii and Iraq.
Visting hours at the A. Azzara Funeral Home will be on Wednesday and Thursday from 2to4 and 7to9PM. Chapel Service on Thursday Evening at 8:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Staten Island University Hospital Building Fund (718-226-9000) would be greatly appreciated in Loving memory of Phillip.
