Phyllis A. Byrd age 77 of Tavares, Florida passed away on November 26, 2011. Born in Richmond, IN, Mrs. Byrd was a Homemaker. She is survived by her husband Curtis Byrd of 59 years of marriage; her daughter Karen McLaughlin (Michael) of Apopka, Florida; daughter Sharon Groomes (Lonnie) of Ozark, Alabama; Grandson Anthony (Tony) Byrd; Grandson Michael S. McLaughlin; Grandson Christopher Groomes; Granddaughter Bethany Groomes; Grandson Matthew Groomes; Great-Grandson Aiden Groomes; Great-Grandaughter April Marie McLaughlin; and one brother.
