Phyllis Ann Richichi, 76, was born to Thomas and Hattie Blackburn in Cairo, Illinois, July 3, 1935. Phyllis was a longtime Stockton resident and had worked as a bookkeeper in the insurance industry for many years. Her most recent position was with WestMar. She loved to travel and spend time with family and had a special fondness for her loving nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sisters, Frances Wells, Susan Defteros, Barbara Vega, Kathryn Long and was preceded in death by her brother Clarence Blackburn and sister Charlotte Young.
Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., Stockton, CA.
There will be visitation at DeYoungs on Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Committal will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi, CA
