Phyllis Cowitz, 86, a resident of Port Saint Lucie, Florida for 15 years, passed away on September 11, 2011. She was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Port Saint Lucie from Willoughby Hills, Ohio.
She is survived by her companion of many years, Jerry Kling, and very close friend and caregiver, Kelly Layton.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Home – Byrd, Young, & Prill Chapel in Port Saint Lucie.
