We were all so sad to hear about Phyllis. She was a dedicated and kind friend, especially to our mother, Mary Carrington, who lived above her. Phyllis and Mother shared a love of dogs, and Phyllis always took advantage of every "dog sitting" opportunity to let Mother visit with her "granddog." Phyllis seemed never to meet a stranger, and she was a lively and gracious hostess. I remember sharing an evening in her lovely newly-renovated condo and spending an afternoon

Believe me, our whole family has the fondest memories of both Phyllis and Bill and were saddened to hear of both their passings.
