Downer, Phyllis M., 88, of Seminole, our beloved MiMi, passed Jan. 4, leaving daughters Pamela and kim and grandchildren Kellye and Wesley. She was a WWII veteran in the US Navy, co0owner of the Credit Bureau of metro-Bay, belonged to the St Petersburg Yacht Club, the American legion post 273, Pasadena Woman's Club and Pasadena Community Church.
