Queen E. Jackson-Pearson, 61, of the 1900 block of Robert Hall Blvd., Chesapeake, VA, passed away January 7, 2011, in Chesapeake, VA. A native of Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Sarah Phillips. She was a Supervisor with Naval Air Development Center (NADC). She was a member of the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Stroke Survivor & Caregiver Group. She is survived by her husband, Larry D. Pearson; eight children, Larry Pearson of Virginia Beach, VA, Jay Jackson, Anne Pearson and Sean Jackson of Pennsylvania, Michelle Hartline and husband John of Virginia Beach, VA, Kristina Reck and husband Micky of Pennsylvania and Jill Butt and husband Kevin of Virginia Beach, VA; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two brothers, James Phillips of New Jersey and Russell Phillips of Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by a son, Timothy Jackson; and a brother, John Phillips. A funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon on Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel where the family will receive friends the hour prior. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
