Randy Lee Watford, Sr., 50, passed away January 8, 2011, in his home. A native of Norfolk, VA, he is the son of Callie Elizabeth Watford and the late Noah Watford, Jr. He enjoyed his life work of being an auto mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Deborah Watford; three sons, William Watford, Randy Lee Watford, Jr. and John Edward Daniels III; his daughter, Maranda Watford; three sisters, Susan Watford, Sarah Hargrave and Shirley Razor; eight grandchildren; and numerous other family members. He was predeceased by two brothers, Daniel and Thad Watford. His grandchildren were his heart. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Randy's children.
