Mr. Ray Hendrick Studle, age 82, of Jackson, GA passed away January 26, 2012. Mr. Studle was born in Warren County, KY the son of the late Maple Hendrick Studle and James Blane Studle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Glass Studle and several siblings. He owned and operated Ray Studle Construction, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends and NASCAR. He was a life time member of the American Legion Post #258 with 50 plus years. He served his country in the US Army. Survivors are his children, Glen Studle (Sandy) of Barnesville, Barbara Threlkel (Ron) of Bowling Green, KY, Jerry Studle (Mary Ellen) of Jackson, Sandra (Sandi) Brown of Bowling Green, KY, and Dennis Wayne Studle of Jackson; 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; siblings, Mildred Renner of IN, Sue Carol Lowe of IN, Mae Stuckey of IN and Nancy Welch of KY; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 4 – 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2012 – 2:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home.
