Raymond Bryant Green, 85, died September 9, 2011 in Fayetteville, Arkansas surrounded by family and friends. He was born February 7, 1926 in Jermyn, Texas to Claude Green and Eva Funderburk He retired from EPC in Fayetteville to work on his farm in Elm Springs, Arkansas.

Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy May and one brother.

He was a World War II veteran serving with the Army Air Corps in the Pacific.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin Green and wife Sandra of Springdale, Charles Green and wife, Deondra of Benton, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Kelli Van Ess and Jeff of Everett, Washington, Kari Mayes and Nathan of Springdale, Jon Green of Springdale and Barry Green and Lindsey of Sardis, Arkansas; one brother, Vernon Green of Roseville, California and one sister, Ruby Robinson of Springdale, Arkansas six great grandchildren, Dallas, Davis and Dalton Van Ess, Ashlynn and Drake Mayes and Avery Green.

Funeral services will be Monday, September 12, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Cliff Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 3 to 5pm at Sisco the funeral home.
