Raymond M. Glowacki, 86, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at The Towne House Retirement Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Grand Rapids, MI. Raymond was a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and the Polish National Alliance. He worked as a bookkeeper for various companies including Viking Fire Protection where he later became a branch manager and later worked as a line operator with Falstaff Brewery for 9 years, retiring in 1989. Surviving are his son, Paul (Natalka) Glowacki and daughter, Patricia Glowacki both of Fort Wayne; brother, Edward Glowacki; granddaughter, Caroline Glowacki and grandson, Will Glowacki both of Ft. Wayne; sister in laws Anita (Sam) Siciliano and Camilia Fulvi, several nieces and nephews. Raymond was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Louise V. Glowacki in 1997; parents, Martin and Martha Glowacki; sister, Evelyn Biedrycki; grandson, John Michael (Jack) Glowacki. Mass of Christian Burial is 10am Monday at St. Henry Catholic Church, 2929 E Paulding Rd, Rev. Daniel Durkin officiating, with calling one hour prior. Visitation is Sunday 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue, with Rosary at 4:30pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
