Raymond T. Wolf, 82, of Decatur, died Thursday, December 22, 2011 in his home. Mr. Wolf was born October 26, 1929 in Mt. Pulaski, son of Theodore and Mildred (Harnish) Wolf. A charter member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Raymond was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the NRA. He was a graduate of Mt. Pulaski High School and the University of Illinois and worked as a mechanical engineer for Marvel-Shebler making control rods for nuclear submarines retiring in 1995. Raymond married Joan H. Hubbard June 11, 1955 in Logan County. Mr. Wolf is survived by his wife Joan of Decatur; son, Zachary Wolf of Half Moon Bay, CA; daughters: Mary (Harry) Flynn of Edmond, OK, Sheila Wolf of Forsyth, and Leslie (Tim) McElroy of Decatur; grandchildren: Jessica, Evan and Adrienne Wolf, Nick, Torrie and Jacob Flynn, Conor and Brennan McElroy, and Zach and Alex Wolf; sisters: Dorothy Laatsch of Mt. Pulaski and Gertrude Leesman of Lincoln; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 26, 2011, in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Rev. Richard Weltin celebrant. Visitation will be one hour before the mass in the church. Private family burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard at a later date. In lieu of flowers Raymond suggested memorials be
