Rebecca A. Herbert, 92, of Hobe Sound, FL, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2011. Rebecca was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother She will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include a daughter Carol M. Yoos and her husband Raymond; granddaughter, Charise Della Pietra and her husband, Fabio; great-grandson, Corey Della Pietra, who was the light of her life; a niece, Mary Sansfield of South Berwick, ME and nephews, Thomas West of Denver, NC, Michael West of Northport, FL and Daniel West of Southold, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Herbert and a brother Thomas West and his wife Patricia.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on June 17, 2011 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Young & Prill Chapel, Stuart. There will be a funeral service at 1:00 PM on June 18, 2011 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, FL.
