Rhonda Kay Rooth DeVilbiss was born in Chicago IL. and entered into rest on Tuesday in Rowlett ,Texas.Rhonda loved to read books ,travel, collect antiques spending time with grandchildren,her son and husband,her hobbies were book club, her genealogy and cooking.
Preceded in death by her mother Alta Gaddis,father Russell Rooth, step father Jack Gaddis and sister Mary Jo Craig .Rhonda is survived by her husband Willard Ross DeVilbiss,son Robert Franklin DeVilbiss and wife Shannon Davis DeVilbiss, her twin brother Ron Charlton and Kathleen Eastman,brother Jon Wilson and wife Marianne Wilson,grand daughters Macie Lynn DeVilbiss and Alivia Cecile DeVilbiss.
