Ricardo E. "Henry" Luna, 56, of New Braunfels, TX passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 16th. He was born in England to Cristobal E. Luna, Sr. and Alicia Guzman Luna. Henry worked for UPS in San Marcos for over 25 years. After retiring from UPS, Henry worked as a bailiff for the Hays County Court House in San Marcos. Henry loved to travel internationally and was known as the Ambassador of the Luna Family, making friends worldwide. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Henry was preceded in death by his father, Cristobol E. Luna, Sr. in 2003. Mr. Luna is survived by his loving mother, Alicia G. Luna of San Marcos, TX; brother, Cris Luna, Jr. and his wife, Mina of George West, TX; brother, Ramon Luna of San Marcos, TX; sister, Ana Hixon and her husband, Ron of New Braunfels, TX; sister, Maria Bertucci and her husband, John of New Orleans, LA; sister, Norma Helsley of Carrollton, TX; sister, Gloria Luna of Carrollton, TX; brother, Tony Luna of San Marcos, TX; brother, John Luna and his wife, Nancy of Hurst, TX; brother, Joe Luna and his wife, Vicki of Dallas, TX; sister, Cecilia Perkins and her husband, David of Coos Bay, OR; and a host of adoring nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 22nd at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in San Marcos, TX. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 23rd at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Laredo, TX.
