Richard A. Culbertson 53, Monrovia, IN, died August 4, 2012. He was an electrician for IBEW Local 481. He was a third generation IBEW Local 481 worker. Mr. Culbertson was a member of Belleville 65, Monrovia 654 Masonic Lodge, twice Past Master of Monrovia Masonic Lodge. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Childrens Hospital. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2012 in Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel , with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include sons, Chad (Leslie Lukes) and Richard E. Culbertson II; sisters, Linda (Craig) Walton, Susan (Dan) Collier; grandson, Wyatt Culbertson and several nieces. He was preceded in death by Richard E. and Gayle Culbertson.
