Richard C. Breunlin, 89, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Kingston Care Center. Born in Bremen, IN, Richard served in the Air Force during WWII from 1942-1946. He worked as a tinsmith with Studebaker from 1946-1963 then with International Harvester from 1964-1984 retiring in 1984. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was an avid air plane enthusiast and woodworker. Surviving are his daughter, Kathy (Leo) Garlitz of Huntertown, sons, Douglas (Nanci Gordon) Breunlin of Evanston, IL, Carl (Helen) Breunlin of Litchfield Park, AZ, sister, June Peters of Mishawaka, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren with one on the way. Richard was preceded in death by parents, Felix and Vera Breunlin, wife, Loretta Breunlin, and sisters, Norma Johnson, and Dorothy Ainley. Private family services. D.O.
