Richard (Dick) C. Kerwath, age 81, died Friday, April 29, 2011. Beloved husband and father, is survived by Ruth, his wife of 60 years, and six children, Mark, Chuck (Pauline), Karen (William) Lukianoff, Christi (Paul) Travis, Scott, and Robert (Amanda). Loving brother to Joann. Cherished grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of six, uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dick was a decorated career Navy officer and a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. After his military retirement, he went on to a 23 year career at General Motors and was an active mentor to small business owners through SCORE. Dick was a positive influence in the lives of many people and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral 12 Noon on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Visitation Sunday 5-8 pm and Monday 2-8 pm at the funeral home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery with Navy Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to S.C.O.R.E. would be appreciated. ahpeters.com
