Richard was a resident of Chesapeake, Ohio at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Nova.
Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday April 16, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Chesapeake by Pastor Ronnie Tyree and Pastor Greg Irby. Burial will follow in Cremeans Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday April 15, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio.
