In Loving Memory

Our precious little man, Richard Jay Valenzuela, light of our lives, passed away, April 16, 2011. He passed doing something he loved without pain.

He was born March 26, 2007 to Nicole Marie Maxwell and Mauricio Antonio Valenzuela.

He is survived by: his mother and father; sisters, Meika, LaShelle, Copelyn; brother, Kellen; grandparents, Tina (Raul) Hernandez, Deanna (Wayne) Maxfield, Dave (Wendy) Maxwell; great-grandparents, Maria Lacy, Jay (Peggy) Maxwell, Millie (Gary) Vigoren, aunts and uncles, Raul Hernandez, Jr., John (Ashlie) Maxwell, Mike (Randy) Maxwell, David Jay, II (Tayna) Maxwell, Chance (McKenzie) Garrison;, Daniel (Malinea) McIntosh, He was preceded in death by: grandfathers, Richard Valenzuela, Dean Mitchell; great-grandma, Alice Lance; great-great-grandparents, John (Luella) Maxwell, Carl & Dorit Eriksson, Edna (Charles) Lance.

Mass of the Catholic Burial will be Wednesday, April 20, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at the San Andres Catholic Church, 315 East 100 North, Payson. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Tuesday, 6-8:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
