Nelson, Richard Luttrell "Dick", 91, died April 18, 2012. A long-time member of Fairmount United Methodist Church, he was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Emily Moore Nelson, in 2003. He retired from the City of Richmond Utilities Department in 1982. A graveside service will be held at Gloucester Point Cemetery, 1860 Hayes Road, Gloucester Point, VA, on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 3 p.m. Arrangements by Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
