Richard A. Schaible, 50 Scotch Plains – Richard A. Schaible, 50, died Wednesday (November 18, 2009) at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born in Newark, he was raised in Warren and graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School in 1977. He has resided in Scotch Plains since 1982. Richard was employed as a mechanic with the Scotch Plains – Fanwood Board of Education for the past six years. Earlier, he had worked for KEB Delivery Service. He was an avid fisherman and a motorcycle enthusiast. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Brunner Schaible; his children, Matthew and Sarah; his parents, John and Irene; brothers, John, Russell and James; and his sister, Diane Rosamilia. The funeral will be from Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood, on Saturday at 10 A.M. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Bartholomew the Apostle R.C., Westfield Ave., Scotch Plains, at 11 A.M. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scotch Plains Fanwood Scholarship Foundation, P.O.
