Rick Lee Butzlaff, 59, of Hot Springs and Benton, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Hot Springs. Born February 19, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin, he was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Tonna Butzlaff of Hot Springs and Benton; son, Ryan Butzlaff of Lowell, Arkansas; parents, Harry and Shirley Butzlaff of Bryant; three sisters, Sandra Phillips of Arlington, Texas, Nancy Blaylock of Missouri City, Texas and Shari Butzlaff of Little Rock; three brothers, Robert Butzlaff of Arlington, Texas, William Butzlaff of Russellville and Jim Butzlaff of Bryant.
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Gross Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain David Kenser officiating.
Memorials may be made to Safe Haven Shelter for Women and Children, 432 Ouachita Avenue, Suite A, Hot Springs, AR 71901
