Peterman, Robert Joseph (Bob)
Our beloved Bob passed away suddenly in a car accident on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the age of 45. He was born on April 27, 1966 in Rockaway Beach, Queens, New York. He attended St. John the Baptist High School in Islip, New York. In 1990, Bob moved to Longwood, Florida, with his brother and parents. He, his brother, Michael, and his father, Henry, own and operate a dry cleaning and tuxedo rental establishment in College Park. They have worked together in the family business from the time they moved to Florida. When he wasn't working he was finding a way to get to the open water. His favorite activity was boating and fishing, and that's where he was in his glory. Bob is survived by his parents, Henry and Grace, his older brother Michael, his sister in-law Stacy and his favorite niece Jordan (his boopie girl). He is survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, most of who still live in New York. But, by far the largest number of people survived by Bob, are his many friends. Bob didn't have acquaintances, because if you knew him you were his friend. Bob was kind and generous and always made everyone smile. His generosity was selfless. His acts of kindness were genuine and heart felt and he never looked for acknowledgment for those acts. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. The viewing will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home at 90 Weathersfield Avenue in Altamonte Springs on Thursday, January 19th. Viewing times will be from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm. The service will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church at 1020 Montgomery Road in Altamonte Springs on Friday, January 20th, at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Highland Memory Gardens at 3329 E. Semoran Drive in Apopka near Hunt Club Blvd.
