Mr. Robert Earl Conley was born on December 1, 1944, the son of Charlene Douglas and Robert Conley whom both preceded him in death. He married Mrs. Ella Raye Conley, his first wife of 42 years. She preceded him in death. Robert received some education in Littlefield, TX, but graduated in Merced, California. He later attended Arizona State. Robert worked at BDT Cooling Towers for several years, and then worked at the Blue Team Factory in Littlefield, TX before retiring. Robert was a man of wisdom, love, compassion, strong-willed and a well rounded man. These are just a few words that can describe Robert. Robert provided encouragement to many and touched so many lives in a way that only showed how truly blessed he was. Robert, as a husband, father, friend, and homeboy, will be missed but always remembered. Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Eleanor Conley; eight children, Cornelius (Bonetta) Conley of Florida, Tiffany Conley of Houston, TX, Trista (Donald) Battles of Abilene TX, Robreel Conley of Decatur, Phelicia Lewis of Decatur, Timberly (Charles) Hall of Longview, TX, Tammy Harper of Abilene, TX, Rodney Conley of Littlefield, TX; sister, Roberta (Curtis) Barber of Midland, TX, Nettilee Bouding of Odesa, TX; brother, Willie James Conley of Odesa, TX; 14 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews as well as cousins. Robert was always dedicated to his family and deeply loved all his kids! The family of Robert Earl Conley acknowledges with sincere appreciation to Moran & Goebel Funeral Home 2801 N.
