Robert D Cowper, 76, of Tequesta, FL, died June 01, 2011, at Clare Bridge of Tequesta in Tequesta, FL.
Born in Royal Oak, MI, he has been a seasonal visitor to Tequesta for 20 years.
He was a retired design engineer for General Motors.
He served in the U. S. Navy 1957 to 1959.
He was a member of the Roman Catholic faith and the Elks.
Survivors include his son, Frank Cowper of Hobe Sound; daughters, Nicole Lanthier of Tequesta; Charisse Squadrito of Palm City; brother, Gene Cowper of Cincinnati, OH; sisters, Donna Pomeroy of Howell, MI; Norma Davis of Salt Lake City, UT; Faye Tomczyk of Overland park, KS; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Cowper.
SERVICES: Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Friday, June 3, 2011 at St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound.
