Robert Rivellini of East Haven died December 20, 2011 at Connecticut Hospice. He is survived by his children Marissa and Louis Rivellini, his sisters Marylou Ravis and Kathleen (Michael) Chialastri his brother Richard (Darlene) Rivellini, his former wife Barbara Rufano Rivellini and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Ann Rivellini McNamara and a brother Harold VanCott. Robert was born in New Haven February 8, 1954 to the late Louis and Mary O'Keefe Rivellini. He was a graduate of Hillhouse High School and had worked at Geometric Tool and more recently as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Connecticut Valley Hospital. He coached baseball at all levels in East Haven, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to the beach and bird watching. Relatives and friends may call Thursday from 5-8pm at the IOVANNE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 11 Wooster Pl. and are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday at 10am in Our Lady of Pompeii Church. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice 100 Double Beach Rd.
