ROBERT T. STEPHAN, 83, of Little Falls died Saturday. Born in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Stephan resided there, East Orange and California before moving to Little Falls 66 years ago. He retired as a Crane Operator for Weeks Marine Co. of Cranford. Previously, he was a self employed excavator in Little Falls. Mr. Stephan was a veteran of the US Army. He was a parishioner and usher at Holy Angels RC Church, Little Falls. Mr. Stephan was a member of Our Lady of the Highway Council #3835, Knights of Columbus of Little Falls. He was an avid sportsman and golfer. Mr. Stephan was predeceased by his brother, Bernard Stephan and by his three sisters, Marion McGovern, June Klink and Theresa. Survivors include: his wife of 62 years, the former Patricia Chisman; his son, Christopher of Little Falls; his two daughters, Patricia Williams and her husband, Preston of Highland Lakes, NJ and Virginia Ahern and her husband, William of Wyoming; and his seven grandchildren, Bridgette, Shannon, Dezirae, Erika Woolsey, Amanda, Adam and Tyler Boyle. Funeral Service will be 10:30 am Thursday at Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Little Falls. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visitation 2-6 pm on Wednesday.
