Robert Wayne Davenport

CENTRAL CITY - Robert Wayne Davenport, 68, of Central City, died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 2:25AM at Owensboro Medical Health System. Mr. Davenport was born April 22, 1944 in Muhlenberg County. He was a salesman at Central City Produce, and a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his companion, Voldine Davenport of Central City; son Tony Wayne Davenport of Bremen; daughter Sherry Davenport of Murray; grandchild Lillie Davenport; and sister Kathy Locke of Cave City.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Greg Brooks officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
