To the Bolitho family: When Katie and I came to Marquette in 1956 Bobbie and Boyd were "Old Timers." The medical community was small. the Bolithos were most hospital, "loaning" their camp to us for a week, taking Charlie deer hunting, again at Conway. We were made to feel most welcome. Boyd did radiology over the entire U.P., flying from one end to the other. Later he worked mainly in Marquette.He was the first radiologist, a real pioneer. We will always be most grateful to Boyd and Bobbie. Katie and Charles Wright

Lynn, thanks for all you did for your Mother in law, I know she appreciated it. It is a big loss to you I know. So sorry.

She always had some type of project going and wanted to make sure everything was the way she thought would be fun and entertaining. She gave me some beautiful gifts when I was her daughter-in-law and treated me with love and respect. She was a woman that people appreciated for her class and style. My beloved aunt brought so much to my life! She invited me to stay with them for a couple of weeks every summer. (And I know my parents were eternally grateful to her for that!) She loved good food (and was a fabulous cook/entertainer), books, music and especially golfing. I will be reminded of her in ordinary and special ways. Sympathy to Kris and the rest of the family. What a wonderfully long life. The Bolitho house was always a place of much activity. Mrs. Bolitho was pretty tolerant of all the kids and activities and had beautiful flowers some of which I picked. A very elegant lady.
