Ronald Allen Young, age 76, passed away November 30 at his residence in Winter Park, FL. He was born on September 22, 1935 in Owensboro, KY. Ron received his B.A. degree from Kentucky Wesleyan in 1960. He also studied Art at the University of Arizona and Design at the Ringling School of Art. He finished his education with a M.F.A. from Florida State University. Ron worked as a Corporate Art Director for Tupperware for 15 years and as a Design Art Adjunct at the University of Central Florida. He survived by his wife of 47 years, Judy Young; his daughter, Natalie Horner and son Nicholas Young of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren Trip, Trenton and Traye Horner and Kennedy and Kellyn Young of Tampa, FL; and his sister Pat Kelley of Owensboro, KY. The viewing will be December 4th from 6-8pm at the Ivanhoe Chapel of Baldwin Fairchild located at 301 NE Ivanhoe Blvd. Orlando, FL. Services will be December 5th at 10:00am at All Saints Episcopal Church located at 338 E. Lyman Ave, Winter Park, FL. Interment following the service at Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
