Ronald John Agoglia, 64, of Cottonwood died February 25, 2012. He was born September 13, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York. He worked in security at Verde Valley Medical Center and at Mingus Union High School. His family was first and foremost in his life. He enjoyed friends, sports, classical music, socializing, cooking, John "Duke" Wayne, playing cards, bowling and most of all, pasta and wine. Ron leaves his wife of 22 years, Barbara; sons Joseph Agoglia of Brooklyn, New York and Gregory Agoglia of Cottonwood; a daughter JoAnne Gardella (Michael) of Staten Island, New York; his parents Joseph and Ann Agoglia of Brooklyn, New York; a sister Barbara Viders (Joel) of Staten Island, New York; twin grandchildren Catherine and Michael of Staten Island, New York. A visitation will be held Thursday, March 1 in the Westcott Funeral Home from 4-7. A short memorial service will be held at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1710 Gilbreth Rd, Burlingame, CA 94010-1795 An online guestbook is available at www.westcottfuneralhome.com
