Mr. Ronald Kenneth "Kenny" Gunter, age 51 of McDonough, Georgia passed away December 27, 2011. Kenny was born in Atlanta to Sybil Orr Gunter and the late Ronald George Gunter. He attended Sharon Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He lived for his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Survivors include his wife, Michelle Gunter; children, Chris Gunter of McDonough, Jennifer (Marc) Gunter-Register of Jackson, Nicole (Corey) McGhee of McDonough, Michael Gunter of Atlanta; mother and step father, Sybil and Clay Lawrence of McDonough; sisters, Sharon (Brent Williams) Milam of McDonough, Janine Lawrence of McDonough; ten grandchildren; nephew, Noah (Ashley) Kocher; nieces, Shelby Barge and Sage Gonzales; two grand nieces and one grand nephew. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. Gary Lewis will officiate. Friends may visit the family Thursday from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
