On May 8, 2010, Ronald "Captain" Lough, II, beloved husband of Linda L. Lough (nee Keys); loving father of Heather Lough and Kori Lough and her fiance Justin Ribb; devoted son of Pat Lough and the late Ronald "Pop" Lough; dear brother of Patti Phelps and her husband Jim and Sherry Lough. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. Donations may be made at the family's request in Ronald's name to the St. Agnes Cancer Center 900 Caton Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229.
