Ronald Raymond Clark, Sr. "Ronnie/ Bo-Bo" went home to be with Jesus on January 23, 2012, age 82 surrounded by his loving family. He is the son of the late James and Justine Clark. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Betty Cummins Clark, 4 wonderful children, Ronald R. Clark, Jr. (Michelle), Debbie Muller (Conrad), Cindy Brewton (Eric), Pam Bertucci (Rob), 8 precious grandchildren, Ronald R. Clark, III, Melanie, Michael, and Amy Muller, Emily and Jenna Brewton, Rachel and Robby Bertucci.
Ronnie was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His family meant the world to him and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a member of Pontchartrain Baptist Church and a Korean War Veteran.
Past Commander of the Am. Legion Post 267, long time VFW member, and 65 years in the Electrical Union Workers Local 130. Past president of the Retirees Club. Past member of Carrollton, Okeanos and Caesar Krewe. He was also a diehard Saints fan since day one.
The family would like to especially thank Hali and Angel of Hospice Compassus for their love and care of Bo-Bo.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124), on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice Compassus, 2424 Edenborn Ave. Suite 230 Metairie, La 70001.
