Rose Marie "Rosie", nee Becker, Mueller; of New Athens, IL; born November 11, 1934 in Baldwin, IL; passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL.

Rosie was the owner of Rosie's Yellow Rose Restaurant in New Athens, IL for many years. She was a member of St. Agatha Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Verceal, nee Grob, Becker. Her husband James Mueller Sr. whom she married on November 15, 1952 in New Athens, IL and who passed away on May 6, 1995. and 1 sister – Georgia Cox.

She is survived by 1 son – James (Phylis) Mueller Jr. of Sparta, IL. 1 daughter – Debbie (Rod) Huber of New Athens, IL. 7 grandchildren – Don, Renee, Dan, Chelsie, Justin, Cailee, Javie. 8 great-grandchildren – Austin, Rylie, Kallie, Liam, Taylor, Lainey, Palin, Brooke.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Visitation: Friends may call at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in New Athens, IL on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 9:00am to 9:30am.

Funeral: Services will be held at St Agatha Catholic Church in New Athens, IL on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 10:00am with Father James Nall officiating.

Interment: Burial will be held at St. Agatha Catholic Cemetery in New Athens, IL.
