Wow, what an awsome lady to have to known! Some realtives make you feel like your home, when your at their house. That was the way Aunt Ruby was to us all. When I was a young child and we traveled from Kentucky to Ohio to visit, I would be so excited the night before I couldn't sleep! Thats how it was to visit Aunt Ruby and Uncle Millis's house. I knew good food and good times were comming. All

Wow, what an awsome lady to have to known! Some realtives make you feel like your home, when your at their house. That was the way Aunt Ruby was to us all. When I was a young child and we traveled from Kentucky to Ohio to visit, I would be so excited the night before I couldn't sleep! Thats how it was to visit Aunt Ruby and Uncle Millis's house. I knew good food and good times were comming. All us kids playing cards, and Monopoly with Uncle Millis- all the fun and games with all you kids, and the smell of good home cooking comming from the kitchen- a little bit of kid heaven! And as I grew up, I never stopped loving and looking foward to visting Aunt Ruby & Uncle Millis's house.
To Frank, Melinda, Steve, Gina, and Natt- the memory of your parents will always be with me. What wonderful parents you had, so much love. Your mom's legacy is all of you and she was so proud of you all. Thinking of Aunt Ruby's kindness and grace should make us all strive to be kinder, more hospitable(even to strangers), and try and laugh and smile every day.
I will be praying for you all, that God sees you through this most difficult loss. Please stay in touch.

liked by everyone. in fact all of leota and davis children seemed to be
so very frinedly and kind to everyone. i have some good memories of
ruby, and i know all of you kids do to. you can keep her close to your

I just am so glad that you got to meet my daughter Sophie several times and that the last time you were down in KY she even said your name (WUBY). And I too am so thankful that I had the opportunity to have known such a strong wonderfull person and one of the most Funny and easy to talk to people I have ever known. No words can ever express how much I am going to Miss you Aunt Ruby but I know you are in a better place. My heart goes out to all the kids ( Steve, Nat, Gina, Frank, and Melinda) I LOVE YOU AUNT RUBY

Mommy, I will never forget the good times we've shared..The long talks, and tear's, love and laughter through all the years..I'm so glad that God blessed me with such a great mother..It will be so hard on all of us to let you go..But with His grace it will only be for a short while and once again we will laugh and love ..together forever..I love and miss you mommy...

It was a joy to work with Ruby. She taught me a lot. She always had something to say that was funny......Rest in peace my friend, I miss you already but will forever hold you in my heart.

I'll never forget how much you've taught me Mamaw, I'll always rmember the mornings before I'd leave for school and how we'd sit at the kitchen table and talk about the bible. I'll always remember how you always stuck up for me when everyone tried to knock me down. I want to be a woman like you Mamaw. That is my life's goal.
