A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM – Saturday – June 13, 2009 at Zeller Chapel of the Roses, 2107 NE Broadway; in celebration of the life of Ruby Zulma Smith who passed away in Portland on December 6, 2008, and was recovered on June 4, 2009. She was twenty-nine years of age.

Ruby Zulma Castilleja was born on October 10, 1979 to her parents Fortunato and Guillermina (Carbajal) Castilleja.

After high school Ruby went on to earn her certification and was employed at Providence Home Care Services as a registered CAN.

During the course of her life, Ruby fell in love and accepted the hand of Mr. Eugene Ray Smith.

Ruby is survived by her husband, Eugene; her daughters, Evelyn Smith Quintessa Smith Anissa Smith and her son, Morise Smith.
