At some point in your life you were my dad's best friend, at some point you were my sister's husband, at some other time you were my daughter's Godfather... but to me, you were always my Padrino. The day I was born my mom and dad couldn't have asked a better couple but you and Sue to be my godparents. I loved you ever since, and I know that eventho we didn't see eachother that much at the end I made sure you knew how much I love you and I am glad I got to hear it from you too the week before you went back home.

I'm very happy you are at peace, enjoying eternity with the best angels.

I still can't believe you are gone, but I am very happy to know to arrived to your final destination.

He was a good man. It was my pleasure to work with him for many years. He will be missed by all at Gresham Toyota, and he will be remembered as a man of faith, and a faithful loving husband.

My memory of uncle Rudie is all the times he and auntie Sue took me and my sister to the beach. Also all the jokes he could and would make about my chubbiness and eating but also how much he loved me no matter what . I'll miss u uncle Rudie and love u!!!

Although I hadn't seen Rudie since my teenage years, we were reconnected again through his sisters: Leah and Linda.
Rudie was such a softhearted, open, friendly guy, and thought of his family highly. It was like old times again, catching up on everything especially the times our families spent together when we were preteens and knew it all. Rudie was like another brother to me and I am so blessed that we got a chance to reconnect again. Rest in peace Rudie. We'll catch up on things when we meet again.

i loved his laugh, his opa -like sense of humor,well i guess its the muller humor,i loved his crunchy aqunet mullet and then when he cut it just his crunchy imovable hairdo. most of my memories take me to childhood when id stay the night and slide down his stairs play the piano or one of his guitars he taught me how to play and i know the chords how they sound where to put my fingers on which fret

i loved his laugh, his opa -like sense of humor,well i guess its the muller humor,i loved his crunchy aqunet mullet and then when he cut it just his crunchy imovable hairdo. most of my memories take me to childhood when id stay the night and slide down his stairs play the piano or one of his guitars he taught me how to play and i know the chords how they sound where to put my fingers on which fret but for the life of me cant remember the names of any he soon gave up trying to remind me and just taught me songs .when it would get dark id look thru the binoculors and he tell which part of town was which. him and sue always let me be hyper and have soda curl up in front of the bigscreen and watch tv or kareoke which never seemed as fun by myself cuz i love an audience! he played the music at my wedding. when i was in treatment and we had a halloween party and he came to be the dj and kareoke it still goes down as the best voa party ever. he really was the life of the party although he really didnt say much and had such a soft voice most of all i am greatful for how he was with jordan and keeping him when id go to jail over and over he was and always will be the ROCKSTAR!!!!!!! Rudie I sure do miss you. When I think of all that you've meant to me through out the years it makes me miss you more. You were my big brother my protector, my friend. You were not much bigger than me when you beat up on a boy that was pestering me in our younger years. How I love that about you. You were always there to protect me even in our high school years you would chase off

You were always there to protect me even in our high school years you would chase off any potential boy friends that you did not think were good for me. You could make me laugh and cry at the same time with your teasing I was never able to up you on your teasing. I'm sad for myself but happy for you because you are free off you earthly worn out body with all the emotional pain and sorrow. You are now experiencing a perfect life with the Lord and those that have gone before you, spending eternity with the love ones who have been waiting for you. I keep those memories of you close to my heart until we see each other again.

I miss that retro curly mullet like hairdo you had for a short period of my childhood that never looked better on anybody :-)... how you always looked so much more chinky and asian than the rest of the family :-P, your little funny jokes that you'd mutter so fast sometimes most people couldn't hear or understand until you were laughing to yourself... and the way your laughter after those jokes would make your eyes squint all the more chinkier. I miss how proud you would always look riding up in your challenger and how hard i laughed when i heard the story about the bridge in Holland by your house. I miss your Fu Man Chu that you sported with pride, and how you always wore boots no matter the occasion. But most of all i miss the way you loved us, your family, unconditionally regardless of what mistakes we had made or what we had done. You had a caring and trusting nature about you that i have not since witnessed in a man. I know these things may seem like such trivial or odd things to miss, but to me they made a lasting impression and are all part of what made you unique in my eyes. You will truly be missed here on earth, but i know you are up in Heaven with the eternal jokester, Opa, terrorizing angels in the shower or ones simply going to the bathroom. :-) All the while spreading joy and laughter among the heavens.
