Memorial services for Russ Watson, 51, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 8, 2011 at First Christian Church with Dr. Michael Passmore officiating.

Russ passed away January 4, 2011. He was born August 14, 1959 in Trenton, NJ but grew up in Jal, NM. Russ attended Mesa Community College and NMJC.

Russ married Charlotte Chism on Aug. 10, 1985 in Hobbs, NM. He worked at Pick Up-Pals, ASCO, and Convergys. Russ was a member of First Christian Church and enjoyed volunteering for the Boys Scouts, Monterey sports, and band.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Watson; two sons, Jeffory and Chris Watson; mother-in-law, Betty Chism; and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Darris Russell and Shirley Watson; and brothers, Mark and Jeff Watson.
