I have known Ruth for many years and I first met her when I was about 15 and she worked at the Nursing Home in Caldwell. I had several family members there and started going during the summer to visit. I helped Ruth alot and got to know her as a really sweet lady and very friendly. I will miss her alot. Ruth was one of the sweetest people I know, always positive and always joyful and she loved the Lord. I knew she was in a nursing home but didn't know how sick she was. She was a wonderful person and I am sorry we couldn't make the funeral. Even though the miles separated us, we loved her and mama loved her very much. They are together now and laughing and enjoying each other along with all those they both loved .

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother, Ruth Johnson, she was such a loving and vibrant person, always cheerful and had a positive attitude. I loved her gift of playing the piano. I learned to know her at Country Care Plex and we had a lot of good visits. We will miss her. But we thank God for relieving her pain and taking her to be with HIM in everlasting glory with no more suffering.

Aunt Ruth was a special and precious child of God. She shared the love of God with those around her. We loved her and appreciated any time we could be in her presence. We know she is now in no pain, has no tears and no sorrow. She is with those loved ones who have gone on before her, content in the arms of Jesus. If you knew her you will miss her. Just as with Ruth, her family is loved, as well.

Ms. Johnson was such a jovial, sweet lady and will be missed, especially by everyone at the Country Care Plex. Her piano playing was so entertaining. My Mother is also in the same Nursing Home, so I saw Ms. Johnson often. My sister is Nellene Spacek, and she became a very close friend of Ruth and will miss her considerably. Rest in Peace.
