Sally Joan Baugher Polley, 81, passed away Friday, February 17, 2012. Born in Ft. Wayne, Sally had been a nurse with Parkview, retiring in 1993. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are her daughters, Deb Markowski and Noelle Baugher, both of Ft. Wayne; sons, Jerry, Gregory, Jim, all of Ft. Wayne and Brett (Mary) Baugher of Houston, TX; brothers, Keith of Ft. Wayne and Robert Malott of Detroit, MI; sisters, Sharon Drew of FL, Karen Bodle of Angola, IN, Marlene Goudey of Ft. Wayne and Darlene Roush of Grabill, IN; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Polley in 2003; parents, Gilbert and Elizabeth Malott; brothers, Jackie and Eddie Malott; and sisters, Beverly Brockman and Shirley Robbins. Funeral service is 7 pm Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. with visitation starting at 3 pm. Memorials to the MS Foundation.
