SANDRA KAY PERKO FOLLENIUS, age 44 of Brandon, Florida, formerly of Manassas, Virginia died Monday, July 4, 2011.
Sandra was born April 24, 1967 in Willingboro, New Jersey, daughter of Charles R. and Kola B. (Thomas) Perko.
Survivors include her parents, Charles and Kola Perko of Manassas, Virginia; one daughter, Cheyenne L. Follenius; two sisters, Karen Halnon and husband Tom and Debra Caufman and husband Bill and one brother, Mike Perko and wife Tamie.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 11, 2011 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 8275 Barrett Drive, Manassas, Virginia with Pastor Eugene Zorbas officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
