Sandra Sue Dado-Spivack, 66, of Platte City, Missouri, passed away January 8, 2011. She was born on January 5, 1945, in San Bernardino, California. She is survived by her loving and caring husband, Richard Spivack of Strafford, Connecticut. She is also survived by her children: Robin Schwartz of San Jose, California; Rochelle Dado of Bakersfield, California; Stacy Dado of Delano, California; Kristin Kavanaugh of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; Josh Spivack and Jessica Spivack, both of Strafford, Connecticut; and grandchildren: Corey Skaggs, Kayla Skaggs, Michael Kavanaugh, McKenzie Kavanaugh, and Zachary Kavanaugh. Survivors also include her brothers and sisters: Darrell Sparks, Bobbie Jones, Maxine Garrison, and Richard Sparks. Sandra was loyal, loving, dedicated, and fiercely protective of those she loved. She will be missed forever. We take comfort as a family, that in her last moments of her life…God was the main subject! Heaven is a better place with her there. She was married 38 years to Robert “Bobby” Dado and is dancing with him in Heaven to Anne Murray’s song, “Could I Have This Dance”. A memorial open house will be announced at the Church-Archer-Pasley website as soon as possible and on Facebook. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Special Olympics in honor of her daughter, Stacy.
