Sarah Belle Osburn (Wedge), 96, of Sheridan, Arkansas, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, May 9, 2011. She was born November 5, 1914, in Corbin, Kentucky, to the late William Nelson and Mary Ellen Steely. A faithful Pentecostal, Sarah loved going to Church. She cherished times spent with her children, grandchildren and family. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, reading, and spending time outside.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earnest Osburn and Noah Wedge; sons, Raymond, Tim, Bobby, Billy and Harold Osburn; daughter, Margie Wedge; and two infants. Survivors include two sons, Ralph Osburn and Joe Daniel Osburn (Bernie); son-in-law, Noah Lee Wedge; five daughters, Sylvia Freeman, Kathy Pate (Derrel), Laverne Gilbert (William), Linda Eslick and Mary Kling; two sisters, Martha Holton and Ruby Davis; 36 grandchildren; 76 great grandchildren; 47 great great grandchildren; and numerous other family members.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, May 13, 2011, at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, AR (501-455-1067). Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in West Little Rock.
