Langston, Scott David "Scottie D"- age 40 of South Knoxville, beloved son, brother, and uncle, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011. Preceded in death by grandparents, Elmer and Lena R. Langston, and Everette Humphrey. He is survived by parents, David and Kathy Langston of South Knoxville; grandmother, Jean Humphrey of Andersonville, TN; sisters, Shannon Hines and husband Michael of Arden, NC, Amy Jones and husband Brian of Knoxville, TN; brothers, Jason and Eric Langston of South Knoxville; nephew, Corey Hines; nieces, Rachel Hines, Emily and Lindsay Jones; and many other friends and relatives. Funeral service will be 8:00 pm Monday, November 21, 2011, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Boyd Bailey officiating. The family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Tuesday at Asbury Cemetery for an 11:00 am interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Monday at ROSE MORTUARY BROADWAY CHAPEL.
