Scott Todd Thomas, age 49, of 1640 North Church Street, Decatur, Illinois, passed away at 4:40 a.m., on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at Prairie Rose Health Care Center, in Pana, Illinois. Scott was born on October 28, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Thomas and Julie (Bethke) Thomas. Scott is survived by his wife, Misty (Deurloo) Thomas of Decatur, Illinois; his daughter, Kayla Thomas; his step-children, Ashely Elliott, Micheal Mueller, Devin Mueller, Brittany St. Arnold, Justin Deurloo, Kristal Deurloo-Vance and Brandon Biesenberger; ten grandchildren; his grandmother, Charlotte Bethke; his brother, Tim (Cathy) Thomas; his sister, Charlotte (Robert) Kuske; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Scott was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Bethke; his mother, Julie Bethke; and his father, Thomas Thomas.
