Stokes, Sean Timothy, 38, of St. Petersburg, died suddenly on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011. A native of St. Petersburg, he loved the beaches and more importantly he loved fishing, NASCAR racing, and Gator football. He was owner and operator of Stokes Remodel Construction Company and treated his customers with careful concern and courtesy. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Reed Stokes. He leaves behind two children, Tyler, age 16, and Emily age 6; his mother and step-father, Lynn and Bruce Kauffman; a brother, Todd Stokes, plus many extended family members and friends who will miss him very much. A gathering and celebration of his life will be held on Friday, Sept. 9, 2011 from 3pm to 5pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 – 49th St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
