CALHOUN, SELENA ROBERTS was born to the late Curly and Delina Roberts in Ville Plate, Louisiana. Selena confessed Christ at an early age, she was united in Holy Matrimony to Herman Joseph Gauthier who preceded her in death. Later in life she met and married Don Calhoun. From this union she leaves to cherish one daughter, Charlotte Gauthier Banks; two grandsons, Quincy (Jamie) Jones, Cody Clark; one great grandson, Quincy Jones Jr.; one brother, John D Roberts; two god-daughters, Chasity Joseph, Ashley Kidd; one god-son, Casey Walker; four sisters-in-law, Minerva Roberts,Valtra Jean Walls Calhoun, Hilda Joubert, Lillian Tate; one brother-in-law, Sidney Gauthier; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She had three brothers who preceded her in death, J.B. Roberts, J.C. Roberts, June Roberts, and two sisters, Melia Joseph, Eunice Anderson. Visitation will be from 6:00PM - 8:00PM, Friday, February 3, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 12:30PM, Saturday at Restland Memorial Chapel.
