Shane was born on May 23, 1972 and passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2009.
Shane was a resident of Oaktown, Indiana at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his companion Debbie Bond.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 13 at 1:00 P.M. at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St. with Pastor Matt Hoffman officiating. Visitation will be Friday, June 12 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.
