Shelley Buettner, 56, passed away July 7, 2011, in her home. She was born July 27, 1954, in Portsmouth, VA to Della Mae Brewer Randolph and the late Lawrence Edward Randolph, Sr. She is survived by her husband, Robert Allen; her mother, Della Randolph; two daughters, Susan Butcher and Tiffany Buettner; a sister, Deborah Ferdon; a brother, Lawrence Edward Randolph, Jr.; and five grandchildren, Timothy Butcher, Luke Butcher, Katherine Savage, Joshua Butcher and Robert Buettner. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.snellingsfuneralhome.com.
